Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days from the date that your Delta Sleep System arrived at your home.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date that it arrived to your home.
• Shipping cost is non-refundable and customer is responsible for shipping cost to return the system.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Visit deltasleepsystem.com to call or message us to request a return authorization.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
• Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
